La Galerie Nathan Chiche ouvre dans l'ancienne école Jean Prouvé à Vantoux

The article
On 9 April 2024, the architecture and design magazine MUUUZ announced the opening in May of Galerie Nathan Chiche in Vantoux, near Metz, which it presents as an important moment for the art scene of the Grand Est. The article stresses the setting: a school by Jean Prouvé inaugurated in 1951, recognised as a historic monument, an example of avant-garde twentieth-century school architecture.

The artist uses ceramics and the motif of the Neolithic skull to evoke humanity's bond with its past. The exhibition unfolds over two rooms, the first using the original two-seater desks as supports.
